Aviation Safety eForm Service - Download Adobe Reader

IMPORTANT NOTE:  The FAA eForm Service has been tested to work optimally with Adobe Reader or Acrobat Professional v9.1.1. Acrobat Professional 7.1.2 (or later) will work with the current system, but upgrading to v9.1.1 is recommended.

How to check which version is currently installed

  1. Open Adobe Reader
  2. Select Help from the Menu Bar and click About Adobe Reader
  3. Note the version displayed on the upper right area of the splash screen.
  4. If it states Version 7.0.7 through 7.1.1, proceed with the uninstall instructions below.
  5. If it states Version 7.1.2 (or later) or 8.1.5 (or later), you don’t have to do anything, however, Reader v9.1.1 is highly recommended. If you wish to upgrade Reader, proceed to the uninstall instructions below.
  6. If it states Version 9.1.1, nothing else needs to be done.
