- Version 1.2.2.0 - 03/28/2008
- Public FAA eForm Service Site:

Updated the Form 337 main web page to facilitate the implementation of Secure Socket Layer (SSL),
separating the login portion of the page to a separate secure page.
The main page now includes a link for Industry users which will take them to an SSL (https://)
web page to enter their login information.
FAA Personnel Access still works the same, although it is now a link instead of a button.

Updated the main web page to include expandable and collapsible text areas based on what the
user wishes to see.

Updated system Help Topics and Tutorials to reflect the new SSL implementation for the user logins.

Updated the Help Topics and Tutorials to include changes resulting from the program’s move to Adobe
Reader v8.1.1 as the recommended version for all client machines.

Upgraded System Requirements, User Support, Online Help, Tutorials and downloadable PowerPoint
presentations to reflect the program upgrade to Adobe Reader v8.1.1.

Updated the Download Reader web page to supply Adobe Reader 8.1.1 when the user downloads their
reader from this site.

Updated several web pages to address Section 508 issues.
- New Industry User Interface functionality:

Added sequential numbers to the routing dialog to assist users with the flow of the dropdown
selection process.

The name field in the routing dialog will now clear when any of the previous selections
(type of approval, region and office) are changed.

- Updates to Help Topics and Tutorials on the new functionality and information listed below.
- Revised login flow for Certificated Organizations when user deselects the default in their MyProfile.
After de-selection of the default, user will be allowed to select another login option on the
Login Selector page and will subsequently be logged in as that selection.
- New Industry User Interface functionality:
- Added task Delete function. Only the form initiator can perform this action when the task is
in his/her worklist. A small delete trash can icon will appear to the far right of any task that
can be deleted.
- Added System Purge for incomplete Form 337’s that have not been modified within the past year.
Original Creator will receive a warning email 30 days prior to the system purge of the incomplete
Form 337 task from all industry user views. The warning email allows time to update the task if
the user does not want it to be purged.
- Added mouse over information for each task in the worklist with details on the task
(i.e. Process ID, Task ID, Process Creator, Status, Assignment Type and information for any forwarded task).
- Modified the task forwarding search dialog to include email and phone number.
- Modified the task forwarding successful message to provide user-friendly information.
- Added automatic tracking number rollover for Calendar Year (i.e., 2008000001).

- Updates to Help Topics and Tutorials on Certificate Organization group accounts/logins and new Login Account Selector for industry users who are also employees of one or more certificated organizations.

- Added the following new functionality to Industry login process and workflow attachment process:
- Added certificated organization User Login Selector page for Industry users to select whether they want to log in as themselves and initiate or process a e337 as an individual or whether they want to log in to the Certificated Organization user interface and initiate or process e337’s for their employer.
- Added the ability to forward tasks to other users, including certificated organization accounts.
- Enabled dimension check by default for all types of uploads.
- Added Workflow Attachment upload process for Industry Users.
- Added more supported file types for file upload.
- Changed Task ID to Process ID as a unique number for all tasks in Industry user Form Manager Interface.
- Added workflow auto-check of Block 8 checkbox automatically after the form is approved by RTS and if there are attachments marked as Send to Registry.

- Adds Data Integrity for required fields at certain stages of the business process and workflow as follows:
- Block 6 fields required when submitted to RTS Agent.
- Field Approval, Block 3 (ASI or DAR), if approved, fields required; if rejected fields cleared.
- Block 7 fields required if approved by RTS agent; if rejected fields cleared.
- Component install and submission to Registry, block 1 and 2 are required.
- Update Function added to Workflow Attachment section to change description of ASI or ACO attached file for Send to Registry.

- Adds new processing icon when clicking to open a form.
- In addition to dragging Workflow Attachment window down and up to see more of the form, you can now simply click on the words "Workflow Attachments" to toggle hiding and viewing the attachment pane.
- Adds tracking number column to "In Progress" and "Archive" views.
