System Requirements:
The FAA eForm Service has been tested and validated to work with Adobe Reader version 8.1.1.
Additionally, the program requires Adobe Flash 9.0.47.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
If Adobe Acrobat Professional is also installed, the system has been tested to work with Acrobat
version 7.0.5 or the recommended version 8.1.1.
Later 7.x updates (7.0.7 through 7.0.9) for Acrobat Professional, if installed, have a known
issue with digitally signing forms. Earlier 7.x versions do not support the functionality
needed.
To avoid issues with corrupted forms and loss of time to initiate replacement forms, please
ensure that all versions of Acrobat or Acrobat Professional are at v7.0.5 or the recommended
v8.1.1 or higher.
