Aviation Safety eForm Service - User Support:

User support is available from AVS National Service Desk for help with many different aspects of the eForm Service.  National Service Desk can help with access, passwords, and some level of application support.  

Web-based on-line help and tutorials are available from the help and tutorial sections accessed from the main eForm Service web site.

User Support is provided for the eForm Service only for the following platform.

Windows Platforms (Supported by Aviation Safety)

• Adobe Reader v9.1.1 (recommended)
• Adobe Flash Player v10.0.22.87 (or later)
• Intel Pentium III or equivalent processor
• Microsoft Windows XP Professional or Home Edition (Service Pack 2), Tablet PC Service Pack 2; Windows 2000 (Service Pack 4); Windows Server 2003
• 128MB of RAM (256MB or higher recommended)
• Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0
