Aviation Safety eForm Service - What's New

Current Release:

• Version 2.0.2 – September 10, 2009
• Public FAA Form 337 Site:
1. Electronic Form 337 Report on System Deleted or User Deleted incomplete forms.
   This report is available only to ASIs who oversee the completed forms using SQL Reporting Services.
2. Relocated the eForms Admin web page which containing links for Reports, Individual User Account Requests and Certificated Organization Account Request Information. The eForms Admin web page is now available from eForm Service Form Manager and is included as a link in the top menu items. This streamlines the login for internal users overall in preparation for the AFS Electronic Forms Service migration and the AVS-Provisioning Service once they are implemented. Internal AVS users will see links as available functions, if they have the appropriate permissions.
3. System Requirements updated to reflect latest Adobe Reader/Acrobat and Adobe Flash Player releases based on internal AVS client baseline.
4. Support contact information updated to reflect the new AVS National Service Desk.
